A favorite market amongst many expats is Park N Shop. They carry a ton of goods, but the question is how bad do you really want those items? Those Better Cheddars are $10 while the Ginger Snaps cost $12! Yikes! I think I'll opt for the local version or wait until we get home!
American candy also comes at a pretty penny! These Christmas Reese's are still priced over $7.00!!
I'm most excited about this USDA Certified Angus beef that I found at the LuLu Hypermarket.
This is the Al Salam Mosque near the boys' school. This mosque has only been open for a few years, and the architecture is quite impressive. Most, or all, communities have a mosque within walking distance of most residents.

The UAE had a three-day mourning period when the President of the UAE's mother passed away. During this time the radio stations played classical music and all radio broadcasts were cancelled. Stoney LaRue to the rescue!
We have underground parking at our building, and it's not uncommon to find people double-parked. This guy felt the need to throw out all of his trash in hopes that someone else would pick it up :(
One of Bhupat's clients loaned him a Lamborghini Aventador, so he stopped by and took Rod for a spin. This pretty piece of machinery costs at least half-million dollars!!

This unique structure is called The Dubai Frame. The towers are 150 meters tall and connected by a 100 meter long bridge, which allows a view of both the old and new Dubai!
